About The Show

Improv Tonight! is a fast, funny, and completely unscripted monthly comedy show featuring different improv teams every Friday and Saturday night. Each team performs two shows—one at 8:00 PM and one at 10:00 PM—and no two shows are ever the same.

The November 20 show will feature King Baby, Second Pancake, and Not Dead Yet.

That first pancake? Just practice. The second? That’s the good stuff. Second Pancake is a long-form improv troupe of six clever and quick Asheville improvisers who aim to make every single show as perfect as that next flapjack off the griddle. Formerly Mostly Millennials during their time as a Misfit Improv house troupe, they’re now independent and ready to flip. Get your spatulas ready.

What’s to be done with the limited time we have left on this Earth? For some, it’s making world-changing scientific breakthroughs. For others, it’s composing great and enduring works of cultural significance. For some, it’s making AI or whatever. But for a select few, it’s probably goofin’ around and doing improv. Not Dead Yet is a long-form Misfit Improv house troupe made up of eight Asheville-area improvisers. While they’re here, they’re going to make each other, and hopefully you, laugh while they can.
