At our upcoming Annual Meeting (Tuesday, August 30, 2022), we will thank retiring Board members, elect new Board members, and vote on the amended bylaws, attached below. Subscribers are members and are eligible to vote.

Retiring from the Board of Directors: Steve Bennett, LaNita Cloninger, Rebecca Crandall, Murphy Funkhouser, Sandra Smith

Nominations to the Board of Directors: 

Andrew Atherton – nominated to serve a first three year term
Rob Bowen – nominated to complete one year of a retiring board member’s second term
Damian Davis – nominated to serve a first three year term
Susan Maley – nominated to serve a first three year term
Lance Martin – nominated to serve a first three year term
