What is Cause for Applause?
Cause for Applause is our annual 9 hour fundraising livestream telethon event. A joyful, high-energy celebration of the artists, educators, volunteers, and audiences who make ACT a creative home for all.
Throughout the event, you’ll hear inspiring stories from people whose lives have been changed by theatre students discovering confidence, artists sustaining their craft, and community members finding connection and belonging. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring productions and programs to life, and you’ll meet the passionate team who makes it all possible.
