As part of our Broadway Series, Brittney Mack brings her one woman show, Puttin’ on the Britt with a live band, for an evening of songs and stories filled with warmth, humor, and heart. It is a chance to sit together, listen together, and enjoy the voice and spirit of the original Anne of Cleves from Broadway’s SIX.

The Queendom calls her “The Queen of the Castle” for her breakout role as the original Anne of Cleves in Broadway’s SIX the Musical, and Chicago has just awarded her The 2025 Jeff Award winner for Best Performance in a leading role for her “Rich and Empathetic”(-The ChicagoTribune) portrayal of Celie in The Goodman Theatre’s production of The Color Purple. Brittney Mack is a Grammy Nominee, Drama Desk Winner, and 2x Drama League Nominee for Distinguished Performance. Born on Chicago’s southside Brittney had the incredible opportunity attend The Chicago Academy for the Arts College Prep High School where she majored in Music Theatre. She then furthered her training at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in L.A. then NYC where she graduated. Brittney Mack is a teaching artist and industry coach that believes there is no point in having gifts and talents if you aren’t going to share them with the world.
