About The Show

Improv Tonight! is a fast, funny, and completely unscripted monthly comedy show featuring different improv teams every Friday and Saturday night. Each team performs two shows—one at 8:00 PM and one at 10:00 PM—and no two shows are ever the same.

Content Awareness: This show is intended for adults. While most content stays around a “PG-13 level”, it may occasionally include more mature themes or language.

For nearly half a decade, Saturday Manitee has delighted audiences with fully-improvised films on stage, spinning unique adventures based on your suggestions. THRILLS! ACTION! ROMANCE! You never know what’s going to happen when the Manitee takes the stage. Grab some popcorn and practice your fake-stretch-into-shoulder-hug maneuver on your favorite sweetie, and then grab your tickets, because you won’t find this flick on any streaming service.

ACT Late Night is not a time of day, it’s a state of mind. It’s a space to explore something a little different. Upcoming ACT Late Night events include monthly performances of Improv Tonight! and Asheville Fringe in 35below, The Rocky Horror Show on the ACT Mainstage for Halloween, Cabaret in an immersive environment offsite in the spring of 2026, two weekends of Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind in 35below, and other yet-to-be-announced experiences.
