To Purchase or Reserve Tickets

• Call the box office at (828) 254-1320. You must pay for your tickets at the time of reservation with a credit or debit card.
• E-mail the box office at least 3 business days (Monday-Friday) in advance of the performance you'd like to attend. E-mails received on the weekends may not be read until Monday morning. A box office volunteer will contact you for a debit or credit card number to complete your reservation.
• Mail your request one week in advance to ACT, 35 E Walnut St, Asheville, NC 28801.
• Sorry, but we do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made if seating is available. Please be certain of the number of people in your party, and date of the performance you'd like to attend before you make your reservations. If you are using a discount program (Discover Dining or WNC Insider), coupon, gift certificate, or voucher, you must let us know at the time of reservation.
